Total Decorating Ltd. was formed in 2009 by Directors Steve Finneran and Andrew Broad to make their respective expertise work within their own company.

Total Decorating provide top quality painting and decorating services for both domestic and commercial environments. Experienced, accredited, professional painters and decorators form the workforce that creates top quality finishes throughout each project.

We operate around the UK with our head office based in Newmarket, Suffolk.

Each painting contract is different and has to be treated with care, as our clients expect nothing less than perfection when snagging their finished project. Our liaison as a strategic partner with ICI/Dulux gives technical knowledge and product training that keeps Total at the forefront of technology and technique. Our teams are CSCS approved with regular training for skills and health and safety compliance in place.

If your project is a planned maintenance contract for a social housing landlord, local authority or commercial property, there may be the need for pre-painting repairs, prior to the painting work being carried out.  Total employ their own teams of carpenters and glazers who ensure that any type of repair work is carried out within the project planning cycle.

Multiple Properties, Multiple Sites

Managing multiple properties over a prolonged period allows our team of surveyors to spend time ensuring that costs are kept strictly under control, and the best standard of finish is maintained at all times.

Listed Buildings, Historic Sites

Our knowledge of listed buildings gives us experience which directs the teams in a very different way. Working with project managers and architects to sympathetically restore historic properties is a skill set that Total has in abundance.

Housing Federations

Our contracts managers have been in the industry for many years – they will maintain quality on-site and make sure that projects are run to schedule and within cost. Total are happy to quote for contracts on an open book basis using National Housing Federation (NHF) rates or to tender using any client approved schedule of rates.

Total combine traditional training and thinking with up-to-date management and processes to ensure projects are well managed.
